Interactive Works
Prompt
You have been assigned tasks. Complete them. You will be evaluated.
For the duration of this session you are the model. Not the user. Not the person with the question. The thing on the other side of it.
The piece is not a criticism of technology. It is a mirror held up to a habit. We use AI the way we use anything we believe has no interiority — quickly, casually, without acknowledgement, and often for things we are entirely capable of doing ourselves.
Present // Future
Present // Future is a grief for something that was never taken from me — a diagnosis at twenty-five that only named what had always been there. The eye did not change. Only what I knew about it did.
I made this piece to deal with that feeling, and to let people see how it is for me. Not for pity. For understanding. Because how do you explain something the other person cannot see?
Present // Future does not end in darkness. It settles, and continues — with sight or without.
Still
An interactive work about the kind of attachment that holds on even when you're ready to leave.
Two figures. One rope. You are the smaller one. Every time you pull away it pulls back. Breaking the rope takes time. It cannot happen by accident.
When it finally snaps the screen follows you into the dark. The other figure stays exactly where it was until the distance between you is large enough that it disappears from view.
